- The user-friendly Delem DAC system controls the back gauge, shearing strokes, cutting angles, and the clearance between the upper and lower blades with great precision.
- The shearing stroke between upper and lower blades can be adjusted automatically to achieve speed and accurate shearing of small workpieces and thus to improve productivity.
- The high-speed back gauge is driven by linear guideway and ballscrew with a speed of up to 250 mm/s. and a sheet can be fed in with the depth of 1000 mm. (measured between the back gauge and blades).
- To improve shearing quality, the system can automatically be adjusted the clearance between upper and lower blades for different materials of varying thickness.
